3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access batpk. batpk makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the platform at their own legal risk.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) batpk account only. Multiple accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, batpk reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if they change. Providing false information, including a false name, CNIC number, or mobile number, is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.5 KYC Verification. batpk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batpk login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity.
4.3 You must notify batpk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. batpk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
4.4 batpk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Instructions are available in account settings.
5.1 All transactions on batpk are processed in PKR. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
5.2 Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 1–10 minutes. batpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by account loyalty tier.
5.4 All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. batpk may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. batpk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation of suspicious activity.
5.5 Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.
6.1 All bonuses offered by batpk are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are stated in the applicable promotion terms at the time of offer.
6.2 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

7.2 batpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
7.3 In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rules as published on the platform. PSL, international cricket, and other scheduled events are subject to the same rules.
7.4 Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension are valid and will be settled normally once the market is determined.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from bets or casino games.
11.2 batpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your batpk account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 batpk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
12.1 batpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options accessible from your account settings at any time.
12.2 If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be suspended for the selected period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms.
